Unable to startup TF2.

Unable to startup TF2.
Whenever I try to start TF2, it makes me verify my game cache. However, when ever it gets to like 95%, it craps out and tells me the servers are too busy and to try again later. It's said that every time I've tried to start in the past 3 days. Help?

Defrag you game files.
That's what fixed this issue on my Sandboxie copy.
I refuse to use
on CSn servers.
I don't expect you to, but I appreciate those of you that do.
