If you look closely, there is an item in the lower left hand corner (2nd column, 3rd from the bottom to be specific) that appears to be a new medic item.

So Valve recently posted a picture announcing a Double Drop Week this week:
If you look closely, there is an item in the lower left hand corner (2nd column, 3rd from the bottom to be specific) that appears to be a new medic item.
