Need help with naming my new hat - Chance for a free hat!

Hey all, I have acquired a Towering Pillar of Hats with Orbiting Planets and would like to give it both a name and description.

Naming format is Galactic/Cosmic/? ________ of Hats

Some ideas I've come up with are:

Galactic Tower of Hats
Galactic Mountain of Hats
Galactic Erection of Hats

I'm pretty much blank on the description.

So here's the deal, if you can come up with the best (In my opinion) combo of name and description you will win a clean dropped Furious Fukaamigasa (Soldier Hat). Feel free to submit as many different descriptions you want.
