Wow, those trades make me wonder what was going through their minds when they traded you guys!!! I guess there are some really nice people out there. You have enough for an unusual right now, if you're willing to trade all those keys. You could get 3 earbuds (they go for about 10 keys per on average), and easily get a decent unusual for the buds.

Here's a story that is not like those above.^
I was new to the unusual trading circuit...and all I had were my bills + at least 1 v hat for each class... Seeing as though I was unable to trade for other unusual... I was unwilling to trade my bills as part of the deal. Here's how it went down:

Unusual Pugilist with purple fetti (worth around 1.5buds or 24 refined) for:

V sergeant's drill hat (4 refined)
V baker boy (4 refined)
V bonnet (3 refined)
lumbricus lid (6 refined)
V yellow belt (4 refined)
V ushanka (5 refined)
big chief (4 refined) - when it was a set hat

As you can see, I overpayed.

I also have never made profit of over 2 buds from any singular trade.. If anyone ever offers me >2buds more than my unusual is worth~ I only accept up to 2 buds more... because I just hate that feeling people get when they no they've been ripped off =(

Yeah, I know that I could get one, but I don't want to use all 34 keys that I spent 4 months acquiring on a hat!!! Also, I have no idea of value ( some guy tried to convince me a bills was worth 8 keys, even though his name was selling bills for 5 keys ). Some people say that they are discounted in pub servers, but I don't know what that means. I am tempted just to use all the keys on crates and try to get lucky, but I think I would regret that. I suppose spending all my money just to make me a bigger target is a bad idea anyways

What would be the lowest of low tier, and how much would that cost me?

effect- purple or green confetti
hat- basically most hats that are confetti are around 1 bud + 1 bills (15 keys)
HOWEVER
If you don't give a darn about what hat....certain festive/heavy hats can be bought for buds+4keys or buds+3keys
if you're lucky bud+a few nv or v hats can get a confetti.

Anyone who sees me in the servers knows that my favorite class is engy!!! What hat would I be most likely to find the cheapest for engy (as in least popular if any)?

someone wanted a sandman, so i traded a vintage sandman for an unusual coupe disaster with searing plasma, but then i traded the unusual to my cousin for basically free (stainless pot, lugermorph, and a couple other hats) because he has been playing for awhile and didnt have an unusual

engineer's cap, mining light, buckaroo's hat, or industrial festivizer would probably be your best bet, if you want low-tier hats. But even with 2 earbuds, you could get a better confetti unusual.
