Paying gig for website designer.

Normally i do these things on the side. But I am too busy. A store I work with is looking to get into the 1990's by setting up a website/ shopping cart for his store.

Notes:
It won't pay incredibly well. but it will pay.
payment is negotiated by party doing job.
Site should be simple to maintain and update.
essentially the main page will need to be easily updated to allow store owner to post news/pictures/ and sales.
Site will need integrated shopping cart where owner can add items he stocks + what companies allow him to post for sale.

though it does not need to be that extensive.
preparer must promise to donate 10% of the job, up to 50 dollars to critsandvich for the lead.

Depends what they are willing to pay, I have a friend who has a design company (basically him and people he contracts if he needs it). He is not cheap, but he also does top notch stuff. This is going to be in a 500-700 range i'd guess. depends on who's willing to do it. The guy is having some rough times. since his store is in a really effected by the economy.
