Talked with the girlfriend. If she actually makes the T-shirts, they'd be more than 20 bucks, but you'd be the proud owner of a hand made T-shirt that supported both the server and an artist. Also, it's a great way to make hipsters totally envious of you. "Yo man, where did you get that t-shirt, it looks pretty vintage/sweet/whatever they say?" "Oh, this is a one of a kind." She can do hoodies too (or pretty much any fabric garment), but the hoodie itself costs more, so the whole thing would move up in price.
She also sounds like she'd be ok with doing some computer design work to submit to a t-shirt printer as well.
If anyone has stuff they draw and can scan, I'll see if she'd be willing to clean it up and make it into something that could end up on a shirt.
