Steam Machine Beta Campaign

Almost had a chance to run this by Failhorse but my fancy connection didn't allow it.

If you haven't heard yet (unlikely), Valve has the first prototypes of the Steam Machines nearly up and running and is looking for 300 beta users to send one of these to.

I suggest we start a campagin to get at least ONE of CSn's members to become a Beta User of one of Valve's first Steam Machine prototypes. There will be 300, 270 of which will be completely chosen at random out of the people who have completed the requirements here:

In short, you have to join the Steam Universe group, agree to some terms and conditions you won't read, have at least 10 Steam friends (to prevent people from making a bunch of accounts to increase their chances), have a Steam Community Profile made (again, to prevent cheating), and use a gamepad to play a game you launched in Big Picture mode. Completing all of these requirements will earn you a badge.

Currently, there are over 300,000 people eligible for Beta testing. Let's see if we can get one of ours in the 300.
