For a while I've been contemplating getting a few dedicated souls together twice a month for a community conversation on gaming and gaming culture.

Of course, we've had the post http://critsandvich.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=6062 calling for individuals participating in the production of content. I think a podcast is one way to produce content and regular interaction with the community.

I've done a podcast before with former and current community members (Mike, Volty, Jake etc.) It is a blast!

If you're interested in being a main speaker on the CSN podcast and you're confident that you can discuss games, culture, and community topics with integrity and good humor please post here. I'm aiming for a recording every two weeks. Each recording will discuss set topics previously decided by cast members.

You could always do short, 5-10 minute "tryouts." Have a random selection of like 5 topics to start conversations about for the applicants.

That is a good idea. I'll do that. I do want people who have chemistry together too.
