Anyone good at Art?

I am working on my game I am making with my RPG maker.
Problem is, I am not very good with drawing and animating with art programs.

The sprites are pretty easy to make in general... if you know what you are doing... and I don't LOL.

If anyone could point me to idiot proof programs that isn't MSPaint... I already have Gimp... and I have NO IDEA how to use it.
