Doc! Come on, man!
Was just in the hospital for two hours after stepping on a rusty screw that went right through my sandle. Yeah, don't ever do that.
I play Scout and Medic a lot.

Ouch, I've stepped on a nail before. Thankfully it wasn't rusty, but man did it hurt like hell

Well, I almost stepped on a rusty nail once on a boardwalk. Thankfully, my flip-flops were on and saved my life. I can almost empathize for you.

I've never stepped on a nail, but when I lived in Indiana, i stepped on glass all the time
