Gif/Spray help

Anyone know how to make a gif your tf2 spray? I have a gif i want, and i feel like there has been a thread about this in the past....

If that doesn't work, there's a way to do it by just taking a number of screenshots of the .gif at the right time and meshing them together. I got my moving rainbow bunchie spray by doing that with screenshots of a youtube video. I don't remember where that tutorial is.
