God that's funny. I guess people don't learn the penguin walk in England.
What's the penguin walk you ask? Well, you'll notice it a lot in Chicago where I grew up and learned it. When people get to a potential slick spot, you'll see them start to take these ridiculously short steps, almost looks like they are shuffling. It looks really dumb, but you then get to make fun of the people taking normal strides who fall on their asses.
