I miss 'em too.
They just don't make kids' programming like they used to.

On a side note, I was addicted to Rugrats when I was younger. Now I can't stand to watch it because of all the pro-bottle and anti-alternative parenting propaganda. I think it may have served as an attempt to dumb down my generation as parents.

They did both. I remember them vividly.
If I remember correctly, the founders of Klasky-Csupo were Jewish.
I think it was the Chanukah special where they got stuck in the attic, but my memory is fuzzy and Nickelodeon doesn't re-run the specials every year like they used to.

Nickelodeon was better in general.

It had shows like Are You Afraid of the Dark?, All That, Kenan & Kel, Salute Your Shorts, etc.

Grim and Mandy, and the other shows you put in your edit, are later than 90s. Spongebob started in 2000 i think, but now it sucks.

Spongebob's my shit. I have the first 100 episodes on DVD (Yes i spent the 70 bucks on that box set) and yes i can agree and prove that Spongebob's first air date was May 1st of 1999, but he "official" air date was July 17th, 1999. It was 3 episodes in one 30 minute period. The "Help Wanted" episode when he got that super awesome spatula for Mr. Krabs, "Reef Blower" the only episode that had no speech in it except for Squidward's "sigh" at the end, and "Tea at the Treedome" when Patrick and Spongebob went to Sandy's for the first time and didn't know what "air" was.

Yea, I know my Spongebob :D

Well yeah the new episodes are crap. Oldies are the best, any where you go, no matter what it is. Also watching Spongebob while under the influence of certain substances is sooooooo enjoyable.....

My two favorite cartoons are Spongbob and Courage the Cowardly Dog. Both are awesome. Courage is hardly on TV anymore which kinda sucks.
