As guy mentioned in the Chatbox earlier, someone hacked Steam over the weekend. Someone may have hijacked your account and used it for illicit purposes.

Well it seems that some of the games on my account were somehow fraudulent.

Steams exact words...

"This account has been disabled as gift subscriptions that you recently accepted in your account have been reported as fraudulent. The subscriptions have been removed.

We will make an exception and reactivate the account this time only. Please refrain from accepting Steam gifts from unknown sources in the future. Valve reserves the right to refer the matter to the appropriate authorities if such activity continues."

This is such BS, It seems that you can even trade items for Steam games without the risk of having your account suspended.
