I'm so glad we have iPods now. Who'd want to carry all that crap around with them? I bet it can only store like 5 songs too.

Real men use the old old real floppy disks... that were floppy.
Back in my day we had to use dos commands to load windows and play games... damn kids these days and thier ipods.

That's pretty damn cool. I wish I still had my last desktop; my new one is about a year old and doesn't have a floppy drive for me to cannibalize.

Seriously, tho, I wonder how much time goes into these floppy drive music boxes. Is there a surefire way to get a certain pitch at just the right time, or is it just trial-and-error? It boggles my mind @_@

I actually have an old computer (circa 1993) that has a B:\ drive (for 5¼" disks). I've been wanting to dust it off so I can rip some old content off it (namely old games I played as a kid).
