idk, anyway i just went to disney land for the first time. its like 90 degrees and and really dry. there are like 7 million people at the park, it took 4 hours to go on 4 rides and the water bottles were 3 dollars. at the store i work at back in alaska the water bottles are 47 cents.

also the seafood here is terribile, alaskan seafood is much better and fresh. then again i am always picky about my seafood

Whatever you do, don't come down to Texas.
It's pushing 110° here.

Oh? Where are you, Arizona? Death Valley?
Those are the only two places I can think of where it routinely gets hotter than this.

Ever been to Southeastern China? The humidity there is so bad that in some places they can't even ship, store, or stock self-adhesive products like envelopes.

Also, mainland Australia and many parts of the UAE and surrounding areas are really just massive searing deserts at the right time of the year.

Even so, Unicorn shouldn't come down here for his own safety.
We've gone for a whole month straight with above-100° temperatures and are under an extreme (if it hasn't already been upgraded to exceptional) drought warning.

None of which is really a big problem if you spend most of your time indoors, in a car, or in somewhere else with temperature controls.

I agree that he should not walk unprepared into any strong, sunny environment that is over 105 degrees and stay there for an extended period of time, though.

The heat has taken such a big toll on our power grids that we are now being asked to cut back on power consumption (including AC).
Cars are a BAD place to be; there was a segment on the 10:00 news tonight that stated it's actually 20° hotter inside your car than it is outside.
(A few years ago, the same news channel's crew stuck a tray of cookies on one of their car dashboards in the morning and by lunchtime, the cookies were ready to eat.)

That's if the air conditioning isn't running in your car.

If your ability to control the temperature fails in your car and/or home, and you are left once again in a strong, sunny environment that is over 105 degrees and made to stay there for an extended period of time, then that is indeed dangerous and is not recommended.

True, true.
Though the temperature may be below 105°, the heat index often climbs MUCH higher, as is shown on this now-infamous map:

Well some of us poor folks here in Texas don't have AC in our cars, and I can tell you... I take a second bath on the way to work, and I need to drink like 4 cups of water as soon as I arrive. I am like only 10mins from work.
This may not be China but I can tell you this is pretty close to Christian Hell.
Also if the grids go down or a transformer bursts, you are w/o A/C in your house too... and it gets pretty damn hot fast.

The ground is so dry I can see at least 4 foot into the huge cracks in the ground.

I mean hell, we wanted a hurricane to come here to give us rain for goodness sake.

Also, almost all of Texas is in the highest level of drought on the drought scale... exceptional drought.
What do you mean syringes don't go there? I am the doctor here... they go where I say they go.

You can copy/paste on a Mac.
Just use the Command key instead of Ctrl. Everything else is the same.
