What can I say to recruit them for Critsandvich?

I'd really like to recruit my two irl friends to Critsandvich. Both easily have the potential to be Top 50 and one of them is certainly worthy to be Top 10 in Hlstats, if not Top 5. But they feel unease to be "officially" part of an English community (and they don't like writing stuff even if it is to write a post in a forum O.o). Do any of you have an idea what I could say to recruit them? :/

They'd be a great add to the community. I'm sure of it.
