Edit: There is such a thing called breast reduction. Many large breasted women opt to have breast reductions later in life. The fun thing is that insurance (mostly) pays for them.

Pretty much. Okinawa is certainly different from mainland, but I still have never seen any woman or man dressed anything like the way they dress in Anime/Manga.

I'm sorry. I don't think getting lazy and gaining weight have anything to do with bad back problems. If she was already inclined to do nothing about her breasts and bad back, than yes she will gain weight. If she has insurance there is no reason for any future issues to occur. Besides, gaining some weight is probably the least appalling thing a girl can do.

Besides, gaining some weight is probably the least appalling thing a girl can do.

Depends how much pounds we are talking about. I really doubt if a girl grows an additional 150 pounds that it won't affect her sexual life dramatically. But I gotta admit I prefer girls that aren't "Hollywood" slim and have a bit if fat to spare. I think girls look more beautiful when they are not anorectic. -.- Also, a bit more fat to spare means more boobs generally. So...

What I find the most appalling are tattoos and piercings. I used to date a girl and when on the second date we went to her appartment, I noticed she had two tattoos on her back... I couldn't stop looking at them (she was wearing a kinda revealing dress). I ended up not having sex with her and we simply spent a fun night watching a movie and playing video games, laughing and stuff. When I finally found the courage to try and take ou relationship to the next level 2 months later after having managed to convince myself tattoos are only ink, she didn't want me as a boyfriend anymore. lol
