I got my first drop after 250? hours. It was a Sober Stuntman. For the Familiar Fez, you can actually craft with 4 Refined and Your Eternal Reward/L'Etranger.

I got my first hat drop (Football Helmet) within a few minutes to an hour after loading the game for the first time (not long after I got my buds ).
