It is illegal to sell TF2 to minors in some states, thus it must be illegal for minors to play.
Also judging by the reactions in a certain other thread on this board, we have an active discrimination policy against children.

Meh imo Mangachu is still more mature than a few of the other members who are allowed to play and are regulars. So no complaint about him here.

Also about it being illegal, parents can still buy them the games and allow their kids to play. I use to have to get my mom or whoever to come with me to gamestop when I was like 9-17 so I could buy some of the games I was playing back then. GTA3 comes to mind
