Yep, it's Failhorse.

Fun fact: I'm the oldest staff member on MapleTV, and one of the oldest members there. (one of the members from the UK is older than me by a year)

It's weird that the most cartoony FPS around generally attracts the older/more mature players.

Well I think some kids play FPS's because they consider them to be mature and it's 'cool'. TF2 does not take this seriously so it may be dismissed by kids as childish. TF2's humor can also be subtle at times, despite its appearance.
