Its nice, although not that useful I'm guessing. Unless you are trying to trade with someone across the globe, the Time Zone's shouldn't matter too much.

Should be helpful to traders. It'll let you gather a couple of trade offers over a day or two when you're looking to sell. Let's you make sure you don't take a low offer just because it's the first one that comes through.
