Do you guys like tea? I am like the tea master general and can tell you about the good stuff.

I just bought some "Holiday Tea", which is a Chinese black with cloves, safflower, and citrus oils:

That's pretty neat. Almost makes me wish I did the stuff so I could experiment with trying to find the best tea to blend with it. In case you ever do this, I'd recommend against squeezing the tea bag as that will release a lot of bitter compounds (although some of that bitterness can be counteracted with milk/cream). From what I hear, shrooms taste earthy so a good tea to steep it in might be a pu-erh, a lapsang souchong, or a kukicha. (I would recommend all three of those without shrooms.)
