Strange chicago TV... The first hacker and weird commercials

First, in 1987 a guy hacked local Chicago TV stations. First interrupting Dr Who on the local PBS station. Then later WGN around news time. WGN is a national station so a ton of people saw it. To this day no one knows who it is, besides the Max Headroom mask. =)
Starts at 40 seconds. Dude gets spanked by someone else at about a 1:30... Weird eh?
