Ain't No Party Like A Pyongyang Party...

Talk about random stuff that has nothing to do with TF2 or other games.

Everyday I'm suffering.

the mass games are pretty sad. its crazy to watch, but [(edit) 100thousadish] people just hold signs or practice their routines for the enjoyment of the higherups and tourists.

I think that mass games/events that are mandatory is a bit extreme.... But you got to admit they take pride in what they do, and they do it very well... and look beautiful doing it. I hate to say it... but if you seen more pride like that in the usa, we wouldn't be where we are now.
What do you mean syringes don't go there? I am the doctor here... they go where I say they go.

But you have to remember what kind of torture these people go through to make these massive shows possible.
Remember the controversy surrounding the 2008 Olympic opening ceremonies? The Chinese actually forced those people to train so long nonstop they had to wear diapers. And don't even get me started about the lip-syncing little girl...

the girl who could sing was "too ugly" so the girl who was "pretty" had to sync. :/

North korea is probably a lot worse than you guys know.
Most of the other "towns" dont even have paved rodes or sewer systems, so filth covers everywhere.
In these "towns" there are way more orphan children than there are children with parents, because raising a child is too hard because of the lack of food.
The bags of rice that we send to them as aid is used by the wealthy and the rest is sold instead of given out like it is supposed to.
Cannibalism is actually kinda common in these really poor "towns".
Orphans are horded up and put in buildings, there they are left to die / abused by the army troops for fun until they die.
and much more that im not gonna really bother to list.

most people think whats going on in pyongyang is bad, they have it good compared to these people.

Arirang Mass Games

imo, a war between north and south will have less people dead in the long run.

I see now. That is very disturbing!

If we don't clean up our act here, we will end up a 3rd world country in no time. Mainly if China decides to pull the choaker back.
(We want our money back, and we want it now.)

The Nazi's had a lot of pride and patriotism, and mass games too.

I think the sooner we recognize that maybe the American way might not be the best way, the better.
