The first I saw was a movie called Rubber, which is easily the most surreal and absurd movie I have ever seen, no joke. What's it about? Well, it's about this guy named Robert, who has the ability to make people's heads explode with his mind. Oh wait, did I say guy? I meant tire. It's as awesome as it sounds. It may not be for everyone, but if you can make it through it's slow start, you'll find one of the most original slasher flicks to come around in a long time with a very unlikely yet effective villain.

Next up is Hobo With A Shotgun. All I can say is that is fucking awesome and gory as hell. No real need to explain the movie to you, because it's about a hobo who kills horrible people with a shotgun. How is that not the most appealing movie to you? If you ever considered yourself a fan of the schlocky 80s B-movies, you'll love this.

Last but no least is I Saw The Devil. It's a Korean revenge movie directed by Kim Ji-woon who also made the awesome The Good, The Bad, And The Weird. In this one, a serial killer, played by Oldboy's Choi Min-sik, kills the fiance of a secret agent played by Lee Byung-hun, who you may have seen in The Good, The Bad, And The Weird, as well as playing Snake Eyes in that okay G.I. Joe movie. It's gritty, bloody, and at times, beautiful. Make sure you see this.
