Help fail go back to college... What should I do?

For the record. I am a college dropout already. 8 years removed.
I do not want to be a psychiatrist. My inherent issues with people probably make that a bad idea.
Harden the fuck up, for whatever reason, isn't a plausible response to someone who dreams they shit trout.

Community college is cheap. I could probably get an associates, if credits transfer, in apx. a year.

I'd suspect business management is the generic title.

I think you should go for it Fail. Having a degree opens up a wide variety of opportunities. I think a community college is perfectly suitable. I would also suggest online classes at a community college or a university.

If you're happy with what you do now, is there really a reason to go?
However, if you do still want to complete the degree, I suggest majoring in something you could see yourself doing later in life. I suggest asking friends about their jobs and comparing that experience to what you do now.

I'd say you should think about the work you do for fun, then find a job where you do that work for pay.

If you're going to get a chemistry degree, stop at a masters. Getting a PhD in chemistry makes it sooooo much fucking harder to find a job. And right now NONE of the major drug companies are hiring PhD chemists. If you want to go into science, go into virology or something that studies antibodies; you'll get a job 30 seconds after your graduate.

But to address Fails question, I'd go someplace like a community college to finish out your undergrad. Then the plan would be to get a company to pay for you to get your MBA somewhere. MBAs are a bullshit racket anyway. If you have half a brain about business you already know all the shit they are going to teach you, you just need to shell out the $40k per year to get into the club.

Getting a PhD in anything makes it hard to find a job. This is the pothole I'm in now. I'm about to move for my PhD education and I have very few job prospects. But, I'm a genius in my area. I'm confident.
