Eh, Adobe can lick my balls. I get the Creative Suit for $600 because I work for a university. Anyone else has to pay 1200 bucks for that shit. They put something like two new tools into Photoshop and want 600 plus bucks for it.

So yes, the copy I use at work is legit, otherwise it's stolen as a motherfucker.

PS: Adobe's new "impregnable" piracy protection system is to blame. They built this whole new complex system to make it impossible to pirate photoshop by making the program "call home" back to the Adobe servers when you start it up. So all you have to do it tell your computer to point that IP address back at itself. It takes about 20 characters in a config file to do it. Good work Adobe.

Though I like what Adobe develops, I agree with this. Though they did add hardware acceleration in CS4, there's not much of a point in upgrading every year. My mentor for when I did my senior project has CS4, but upgraded from I think CS1. (it was an older version, but I can't remember which)
