Okay I think I get the jist of it.

There is an evil pussy lickin' tattoo tonguing demon. When he licks a poorly drawn tattoo on your leg, it's like you licking a toad. You start to see crazy shit, and everyone BUT YOU is deformed. THEN when the acid seeps further into your blood stream peoples heads start coming off and going for midnight strolls.
