Hosting more games.

So, what are you playing?
What are you playing that requires you to connect to a server?
That's what we're looking for.... Discuss.

I'm trying out the Battlefield 4 beta, currently. The full game will have dedicated servers, like BF3. Though knowing how things were last time, I highly doubt we will get BF4 servers owo

bf4 has dedicated servers but only through companies. not something we can host. we need stuff we can host on our own boxes. as we have the space.

Understandable. Are we still going to have NS2 servers, or was that scrapped?

I agree. A Terraria server would be nice.

I know we have a Cs:go server but it's never updated so no one is ever on.

It died due to being inactive, and because it was a resource hog, Tried again sometime early last year, again, inactive, server was removed.

Though if you want one put up, best to do it ASAP as the game is popular due to a recent update, though I don't know how long it will last.

If I remember right it pretty much killed SB2 because of the resources it required :( Not sure if that has changed though

Chivalry might be a good investment come to think of it. I know quite a few members already play it, it can be hard to find a good server, and additionally they're coming out with a large expansion soon so it's going to be growing and people will need a place to play.

I would play on a CSn Chivalry server.

We had one for awhile, but the problem is you cant build a community in that game. Most people just use match making when joining a server anyway, so assuming we had some we'd just be helping valve not need so many dedicated servers.

Cant make a server on that though.

A world would probably last for a week or two. Once it's all farmed out and shit, people would return to their normal games. But there is a competitive multiplayer scene for Terraria: Capture the Gem, Storm the Fortress, Class Wars, etc. We'd really need a diehard admin for it to be any good.

Smite is good stuff. Should be releasing shortly.
