Recruiting some peoples. (admin recruitment semi-tread.)

Both Fingerman and I are in search of a few good regulars to be dressed and trained for the most Holy of CSN duties.
We have a few holes to fill ( that means 2 things.) And service guarantees citizenship.

Why an open casting call?
We've done several different things in the past to recruit quality admins. All have had their benefits. This time we thought we'd try something different.

What does a CSN admin do? What are the responsibilities?
A CSN admin is a bit more than just a babysitter. The atmosphere we've created isn't generally friendly to trolls. And for whatever reason we have a very low instance of hackers. That being said, a CSN admin has 1 core responsibility. By ratified law SEC 21.8 of our constitution, being an admin of nothing is useless. Therefor your main job is to make sure we have people playing in the servers.

How's that?
Well we a long list of people who supported us with monies. They expect to have populated servers! Making this happen is not a long drawn out process. We have a separate steam group that is used to get people together in a server to turn on Quick play. Quick play is a handy little Valve matchmaking system. Once the server hits 8 people, generally on a Payload map. After 2 minutes, the server is full. This job is done.

OK Fail, what else?
Talking! We want regulars. We have all talk on. Talk to people. Mic is required. Be cordial, try to get people to our website. Otherwise, play the game like normal. Don't sweat the small stuff. Don't be a douchbag. Knit picking tends to be an admin quality. We have plenty, and no knits left to pick.

Generally you spend 10 minutes a day actually admining. Otherwise you're a player with a tag.

I'm excited, how do I make this happen?
The system has changed. For this experiment in recruited you need to do a few things.

1) Make an app in our help wanted section. Just like normal. This let's us get to know you a bit.
2) Find 2 current/ active admin as sponsors. These people will be vouching for your character and possibly training you.
3) Have those who vouch post something on your help wanted thread.
4) contact either Fingerman, Failhorse, or Benny Hill via Steam Chat. You will be personally vetted by a Redmin.
5) Join the Steam group 'critsandvich elite'
6) Make sure you belong to our main group.
7) After you've done all these things. Go back to your Help Wanted post and edit it to say completed.
8) Read all of these directions first, and follow them in order.
9) If approved you will be given a trial. At the end of the trial the Admin Congress will vote for you.


What will make us hate you?
Occasionally we've gotten some troubled admin. If you have a history of being obnoxious, I'd suggest not applying. The admin process can be stressful, and we have many very VERY opinionated admin. You may have woke up and got off the bed on the right side, instead of left, and they will hate you for it.
