If you are not familiar with DayZ Standalone. The picture above is from a dev blog a month back. The game itself is in a pre-alpha and their community is anxiously waiting for the alpha release. The 5th of November became the community go-to date. And now that it's here, boy have they lost their minds. Let's break down the photo, err video. The point was to show how items and cosmetics would differ in the Standalone. Viewers took the Fawkes mask connected a date ( Guy Fawkes day) and magically came to the conclusion, today would be the release. Personally, I just think it means HL3 is confirmed for a 2016 release!!!
But if you're looking for a good laugh today. Search reddit for dayzsa. Poor guys.
