Okhere lemme send you food.
Todays menu includes not only corned beef and cabbage and soda bread but also colcannon and champ (both!) and boxty and whiskey ginger glazed carrots and currant shortbread and irish cream chocolate cheesecake and maybe chocolate stout ice cream if i can find my ice cream maker and lots of alcohol.
Lunch is Irish rarebit and fish cakes and leek and potato soup.
so basically everything from this "Irish Pub Cookbook" that I found on sale for a buck.
