Minecraft server problem

Okay so this is a bit complicated but for some reason my character is having problems interacting with the environment.
I cannot:
Open doors
Remove blocks
Place blocks
or Open Chests

I can however:
Move around like Normal
Fight mobs
Die
and Collect Drops

Anyone know what's going on or what i should try in order to fix this?

Same thing's happening with me. Tried going on the server and doing stuff but doors wouldn't open and blocks wouldn't break.
