Interesting idea for map voting

Now keep in mind this is only a "First draft" kind of idea, so the details should be sort of changed.

I was thinking that donators votes for maps, rtv's and such should count as extra.
For example in a map vote since I am a donator, my vote would count as 1.25 or something.

Not sure how to apply this to rtv.

Hopefully this idea isn't shunned. ._.
I think it's cool, just wondering what the other's thoughts on this are.
