Lost My Donator Status After One Week Why?

So, I donated $10, and I entered my steam ID and it was working for a week.
For some reason, I just logged on a while ago, and it seems that I lost my donator tag and privileges.

Can I get some help with this problem please? Idk why I lost my donator privileges after a week of having them.

You should still have them. Do you have access to the sm_admin command in servers? The colored text plugin I've been working on might just be glitchy. Maybe !colortoggle will fix things?
