I can't see this being as enjoyable as it could have been if finished by Interplay. Hell, I doubt we'll even see beta screenshots within the next 5 years.

Interplay makes terrible games in my opinion, so I don't see this as an issue.
I can guarantee you any mmo based on fallout by either of the companies would probably go F2P and fail.
They both dont have a good background for mmo development.

Why would you be upset about this news?
I think you're missing the big picture here, there is going to be a Fallout MMO. Even if Activision was developing it I would still be excited for that news.
