It's probably a Halloween update, so it'll be a few weeks before it drops

Well, two days ago Valve just said that they're giving more of a community based thing this year, like maps, items, taunts, etc, so we can look forward to unrestricted Halloween cosmetics.

According to Valve Time, that would mean to get ready for all the Ayy Lmaos in March, lol.
