Why are sprays disabled? (at least on Chicago Slaybox)

lol Basically everyone on Steel. Despite it not being confusing at all.

I also support enabling sprays. I think that they can be a welcome addition at times and I have had several people ask me about them. I feel like the mods do a decent job of taking care of the swill and the community is fairly mature so I don't think it is too much of an issue.
