what is the rule about it? approved? disapproved?
Picture yourself in a boat on a river, with tangerine trees and marmalade skies.
Somebody calls you, you answer quite slowly, a girl with kaleidoscope eyes.

Canada in a nutshell.

If they are mentioning the actual rules, I could care less. Most people that I catch doing it are actually talking to an admin on the side and sometimes the admin asks them to mention it. I'd rather them ask it to stop then need to call an admin in out of the way to stop it themselves.

Personally I'd say to avoid it if there's an admin on. I've noticed that sometimes players will engage each other over rule breaking and tensions will escalate whereas a firm warning from an admin (rather than a player calling another one out) usually settles down an offender.

Depends. For very obvious rules like language, it's fine for players to chime in and let people know what the rules are. Just don't be a dick. Most people respond better to a few regulars letting them know what a rule is than an admin doing it.

If they don't stop, just don't make a big thing out of it. If they are being real fuckups, just record a demo and submit it to the ban section.

Remember, it's all about attitude. If you inform someone politely that something they are doing is against the rules here, 90% of people will listen. If you run into one of the 10%, just message an admin who can bring their ban hammer to bear on the situation.
