Need help making a spray,

I need help, I am trying to make a spray out of squiggly(skullgirls), i already split the video into frames and converted it to vtf but it refuses to work, so i was wondering if anyone can help me or i could send the frames to you (via email) and you could fix it :3 Image

I'm pretty sure I've seen Cap with that exact same spray...
